Submission Review Instructions
Step 1: Find the submission number(s) you have been asked to review from the list below. Submissions are sorted in numerical order.
Step 2: Read over the submission, provided in the PDF that should pop up on another page once you click the necessary submission number. All information needed to review the submission will be provided on that PDF. Please be sure to read the PDF in full.
Step 3: Click the link at the bottom of the PDF submission, which should open a new tab that will take you to the submission review form.
Step 4: Enter your name and the submission number you are reviewing. You can only review one submission at a time.
Step 5: Review the submission by giving both quantitative and qualitative feedback. The scores you give on the 1 - 7 scale will be tallied and averaged per review, with the open response feedback being used to review submissions with mixed responses.
Step 6: Provide your recommendations for the submission, including time, presentation type, audience level, and track. You may also indicate in each of these sections if a submission should not be accepted.
Step 7: Submit your review.
Step 8: At this point you can then edit your review or do a review for another submission. Please keep track of which submissions you have reviewed.
