POSITION TITLE: Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper 

REPORTS TO: Assistant Director, Chief Executive Officer

DEPARTMENT: Operations

HOURS: 40 hours/week; generally, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    interested in being a volunteer/interning in the office?

    We need volunteers and student-interns throughout the year for a variety of different tasks.  Our volunteers are eligible for significant discounts to IVAT Summits and Trainings.  We always need assistance with preparing for Summits as well as on-site Summit volunteers for both our Hawai`i and San Diego Summits. Additional internships and professional development opportunities are also available under Clinical and Forensic Services.

    currently, we need volunteers interested in:

    • Planning Committee (San Diego Summit)
    • Planning Committee (Hawai`i Summit)
    • Bookstore/Entrepreneurship
    • Social Media outreach 
    • Graphic design & project assistance
    • Strategic Planning/Non-Profit Management
    • Fundraising/Outreach & Marketing 
    • General administrative assistance
    • Outreach/Volunteer Management
    • On-site Summit Support
    • Event Planning 

    We also welcome interest in joining one of our Summit Planning Committees.  Active members of either the Hawai`i or San Diego Planning Committee are eligible for waived registration fees for one of the Summits.  Members participate in monthly meetings (call-in or in-person) as well as at least one subcommittee.
