31st San Diego Hybrid International Summit Self-Care Sessions

Please see below for our Self Care offerings for the 31st San Diego Hybrid International Summit

Participate in a variety of offerings intended to help you balance the intensity of the Summit with the chance to join others in self-care and wellness sessions available throughout the week. Self-care is an activity that we do deliberately to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. It is not something that we force ourselves to do, or something we don’t enjoy doing. Self-care is something that refuels us, rather than takes from us.

Please note that Self-Care sessions are not eligible for CE credit.

That process can repeat with a different phrase as selected by participants depending on what they would like to see “addressed” by this modality.
